Over the past year at Fotokite, I had the pleasure of collaborating with some incredibly talented hardware and software engineers on a mission-critical public safety system. I’m particularly proud of our team’s recent launch of the Fotokite API, which transforms a tethered drone into a programmable monitoring system that seamlessly integrates into existing command, analytics, and automation workflows.
Now, I am diving back into the world of sustainability tackling the pressing challenges of climate change. Together with a few long-time friends I co-founded a small company called Resilens. Our goal? To create a decision engine for climate adaptation. Our data-driven approach will quantify impact to help organizations move from complex data to fundable implementation.
As the CTO of Resilens, I’m laying down the technical groundwork, but I could definitely use some help. We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced software engineer based in the Berlin/Potsdam area. If you think you’d be a good fit, please apply! And if you’re passionate about making adaptation a reality, connect with us for future opportunities. And as usual you can [contact me remote or in-person]/
P.S. I’ll still be writing my personal blog once in a while - and if you have an interest in GIS and 3D printing, I might have something new in the works!
